The Brzoza Apartment is a luxurious space that offers unique experiences both inside and outside. On the first level there is a spacious living room with a sleeping area, an open kitchen and an elegant dining room, an ideal place for meetings and relaxation. Large glazing opens a view of the picturesque garden, providing a sense of harmony with nature. There is also a bathroom with a toilet on this level.

On the second level there are two cozy bedrooms, providing sleeping space for 4 people. There is also a work desk at guests’ disposal.

The interior of the apartment is decorated in natural colors and wood accessories, creating an atmosphere of peace and relaxation. The garden surrounding the apartment encourages you to relax outdoors. It is an ideal place for people looking for a luxurious and relaxing stay surrounded by nature.
The apartment is equipped with, among others: with a high-quality coffee machine, a large flat-screen TV and Wi-Fi. Regardless of the weather, everyone will find something for themselves. The apartment provides a comfortable stay for 6 people.

As part of the apartment rental, we provide our guests with free parking. The parking space is assigned to the premises.

In the apartment, our guests will find a number of amenities:

-high-quality, mild, natural cosmetics and cleaning products from the Polish brand YOPE;
a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, fridge, induction hob and kettle. In addition to the necessary accessories such as tableware, cutlery, and cooking utensils, we provided guests with a high-quality drip coffee machine, coffee and tea;
-in the living room there is a fold-out sofa, a table with chairs for four people and a coffee table;
-in the bathroom there is a shower, a washing machine and a hair dryer;
-the bedrooms have comfortable double beds, a spacious wardrobe and bedside tables, and a set of fresh bed linen and towels for each bed;
-0additional equipment: iron, ironing board, clothes dryer, vacuum cleaner;

The BRZOZA apartment is located in a very peaceful, quiet area in the former fishing village of Dźwirzyno, 10 km from the bustling Kołobrzeg. The building is located only 400 meters from the beach and the “Dźwirzyńsko-Grzybowski Dunes” nature reserve, which can be reached with a 5-minute walk through the beautiful surroundings of white and gray dune fields and a pine forest. Each apartment has a separate exit.

In the immediate vicinity there is a charming fishing port with traditional fishing boats and a modern marina. Fans of water sports will certainly be pleased with the proximity of Lake Resko Przymorskie, where you can practice, among others: kitesurfing, windsurfing and kayaking.
