BLACK OAK, also called Polish ebony, is one of the rarest and most exclusive raw materials. It became the inspiration for creating a unique apartment interior – Black Oak.

Your space

The apartment consists of a separate bedroom, a kitchenette connected with the dining room and
living room and a bathroom. There is a comfortable double bed in the bedroom, and the sofa in the
living room unfolds into an additional double bed, providing relaxation space for up to 4 people.

The apartment is equipped with, i.a., a high-quality coffee maker, a large flat-screen TV with access to free Netflix,  Wi-Fi and also a speaker that you can connect to your Spotify account and listen to your favorite music.
As part of the rent of the apartment, we provide our guests free parking. The parking space is assigned to the premises.

With attention to details

In the apartment our guests will find a number of amenities:

• high quality, gentle, natural cosmetics and cleaning products of the Polish brand YOPE;
• well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a refrigerator, an induction hob, an electric kettle. In addition to the necessary accessories such as tableware, cutlery, cooking utensils, we have provided guests with a high-quality filter coffee maker, coffee and tea;
• the living room there is a sofa bed, a table with chairs for four persons and a coffee table;
• in the bathroom there is a freestanding bathtub and hair dryer;
• the bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed, a capacious closet and bedside tables; each bed comes with a set of fresh bed linen and towels;
• additional equipment: iron, ironing board, clothes dryer, vacuum cleaner;

In the neighborhood

The apartment is located on the third floor of the Aleja Południowa settlement in Dźwirzyno – with
large windows facing the birch forest. The building is located just 350 meters from the beach and the nature reserve “Wydmy dźwirzyńsko-grzybowskie”, which can be reached by a 5-minute walk through the beautiful surroundings of white and gray dune fields and pine forest. In close proximity there is a charming fishing port with traditional boats and a modern marina. Fans of water sports will certainly enjoy the proximity of Lake Resko Przymorskie, where you can practice such activities as kitesurfing, windsurfing and kayaking.
