A two-level penthouse with a total area of 61m², located on the high ground floor and first floor, offering a stunning view of the Rega River and the forest. The ground floor features a living room with a fold-out sofa, a fully equipped kitchenette, and a toilet. The mezzanine is equipped with a double bed, an additional bathroom with a shower, a wardrobe, a reading nook, a workspace, a room with a bunk bed for children, and a play area.

In the apartment, our guests will find a range of amenities:

• High-quality, gentle, natural cosmetics and cleaning products from the Polish brand YOPE.
• A well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, refrigerator, induction hob, and kettle. In addition to essentials such as tableware, cutlery, and cookware, we provide a high-quality drip coffee maker, coffee, and tea.
• A living room with a fold-out sofa, a dining table with chairs, and a coffee table.
• A bathroom with a shower, a washing machine, and a hairdryer.
• A bedroom with a comfortable double bed, a spacious wardrobe, bedside tables, and a complete set of fresh linens and towels for each guest.

Mrzeżyno is a vacation resort and fishing port located 12 km west of Kołobrzeg, at the mouth of the Rega River. Its location makes Mrzeżyno a true paradise for anglers. The town is separated from the sea by a wide, beautiful beach and a stretch of dunes covered with pine trees. It offers excellent conditions for cycling enthusiasts and invites exploration of nearby tourist attractions such as:

• Kołobrzeg, with its architectural monuments, museums, seaport, and boat trips to the sea or Bornholm (Denmark).
• Trzebiatów, one of the oldest towns in Poland.
