Our luxurious space offers a comfortable stay on two levels, with spacious windows that open to panoramic views of the harbor and surrounding nature.

This two-level penthouse has a total area of 61m² and is located on the high ground floor and the 1st floor, with a beautiful view of the Rega River and the marina. The ground floor features a living room with a sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchenette, a separate bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower, and a spacious terrace that extends the entire length of the apartment. The mezzanine has a sofa bed and a double bed, as well as an additional bathroom with a shower. There is also an exit to a second balcony on the mezzanine level.

In the apartment, our guests will find a range of amenities:

• High-quality, gentle, and natural cosmetics and cleaning products from the Polish brand YOPE.
• A well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, refrigerator, induction hob, and kettle. In addition to essential accessories like dinnerware, cutlery, and cooking utensils, we’ve provided guests with a high-quality drip coffee maker, coffee, and tea.
• The living room includes a sofa bed, a table with chairs for four people, and a coffee table.
• The bathroom has a shower, washing machine, and hairdryer.
• The bedroom offers a comfortable double bed, a spacious wardrobe, and nightstands. For each bed, there is a set of fresh bedding and towels.
• Additional equipment includes an iron, ironing board, clothes dryer, and vacuum cleaner.

Mrzeżyno is a holiday resort and fishing port 12 km west of Kołobrzeg, at the mouth of the Rega River. The location of Mrzeżyno makes it a true paradise for anglers. It’s separated from the sea by a wide, beautiful beach and a strip of dunes covered with pines. There are wonderful conditions for bicycle tour enthusiasts, and nearby tourist attractions encourage exploration, such as Kołobrzeg with its architectural monuments, museums, seaport, and boat trips to the sea and Bornholm (Denmark), as well as Trzebiatów, one of the oldest towns in Poland. Mrzeżyno is one of the few beaches in Poland that has a “Blue Flag,” a symbol of a high-standard beach, top-quality water, and the highest level of safety.
