OAK TREE

OAK TREE is a functional apartment, where neutral colors wonderfully harmonize with accessories in warm shades of peach and oak wood. In addition to a homely, cozy interior, a big advantage of the apartment is a spacious balcony with a soothing view of the birch forest, which encourages you to spend mornings there with a coffee and a good read. 

Your space

The apartment consists of a bedroom, a kitchenette connected with a living room and a bathroom. The bedroom has a double, comfortable bed, and the sofa in the living room after unfolding turns into an additional double bed, which provides a place to rest for up to 4 people. 

The apartment is located on the first floor of the habitat Aleja Południowa in Dźwirzyno –  with a view of a birch forest. As part of the rent, our guests can use a playground for children, a bicycle shelter and a beautiful walking area around the buildings with beach sand and hammocks. There is also a private balcony equipped with a table, where you can enjoy breakfast outdoors, a good coffee and a book.

The apartment is equipped with, i.a., a high-quality coffee maker, a large flat-screen TV with access to free Netflix and Wi-Fi. We also prepared a small library with books and games. Regardless of the weather, there is something for everyone.

As part of the rent of the apartment, we provide our guests free parking. The parking space is assigned to the premises.

With attention to details

In the apartment our guests will find a number of amenities:

• high quality, gentle, natural cosmetics and cleaning products of the Polish brand YOPE;
• well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a refrigerator, an induction hob, an electric kettle. In addition to the necessary accessories such as tableware, cutlery, cooking utensils, we have provided guests with a high-quality filter coffee maker, coffee and tea;
• the living room there is a sofa bed, a table with chairs for four persons and a coffee table;
• in the bathroom there is a freestanding bathtub and hair dryer;
• the bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed, a capacious closet and bedside tables; each bed comes with a set of fresh bed linen and towels;
• additional equipment: iron, ironing board, clothes dryer, vacuum cleaner;

In the neighborhood

OAK TREE Apartment is located in a very peaceful, quiet area in the former fishing village – Dźwirzyno, just 10 km from the vibrant Kolobrzeg. The building is located just 350 meters from the beach and the nature reserve “Wydmy dźwirzyńsko-grzybowskie”, which can be reached by a 5-minute walk through the beautiful surroundings of white and gray dune fields and pine forest. In close proximity there is a charming fishing port with traditional boats and a modern marina. Fans of water sports will certainly enjoy the proximity of Lake Resko Przymorskie, where you can practice such activities as kitesurfing, windsurfing and kayaking.
