We invite you to discover a unique duplex apartment with a view of the picturesque port marina. Our luxurious space offers a comfortable stay on two levels, with spacious windows that open to panoramic views of the port and surrounding nature.

On the ground floor there is: a living room with a sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchenette, a separate bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower and a spacious 23 m² balcony that covers the entire length of the apartment. The mezzanine is equipped with a sofa bed and a double bed, an additional bathroom with a shower and a private sauna. On the mezzanine level there is also an exit to the second balcony with an area of 22 m². It is an ideal place for those who want to immerse themselves in the atmosphere of marine life and enjoy unique views every day.

In the apartment, our guests will find a number of amenities:

• high-quality, mild, natural cosmetics and cleaning products from the Polish brand YOPE;
• cutlery, and cooking utensils, we provided guests with a high-quality drip coffee machine, coffee and tea;
• in the living room there is a fold-out sofa, a table with chairs for four people and a coffee table;
• in the bathroom there is a shower, a washing machine and a hair dryer;
• the bedroom has a comfortable double bed, a spacious wardrobe and bedside tables, and a set of fresh bed linen and towels for each bed;
  additional equipment: iron, ironing board, clothes dryer, vacuum cleaner, bathrobes

Mrzeżyno is a holiday resort and fishing port 12 km west of Kołobrzeg, at the mouth of the Rega River. The location of Mrzeżyno makes it a real paradise for anglers. Separated from the sea by a wide, beautiful beach and a strip of dunes covered with pine trees. There are great conditions for lovers of bicycle trips, and interesting nearby tourist attractions encourage visitors to visit them, such as: Kołobrzeg with architectural monuments, museums, sea port, boat trips to the sea and to Bornholm (Denmark), Trzebiatów as one of the oldest towns in Poland. Mrzeżyno is one of the few beaches in Poland with a “blue flag”, a symbol proving the high standard of the beach, the highest water quality and the highest level of safety.
