Your space

The 37m2 apartment consists of a living room with a kitchenette and a bedroom and allows for a comfortable stay for 4 people. A large, fully equipped kitchen creates a comfortable space for preparing meals. In the living room you can sit at the table together. The bedroom has a large bed and a spacious wardrobe.

The apartment is located on the ground floor, on the sunny side, with direct access to a green patio, with trees and a playground for children. Baltic is located in a cozy neighborhood at ul. Aleja Północna in Dźwirzyno. This is a very quiet apartment, perfect for escaping the city and having a comfortable stay. Natural materials were used to finish this warm and modern interior – guests are wrapped in wood and light colors add coziness. Everything is kept in natural colors.

The apartment is equipped with, among others: with a high-quality coffee machine, a large flat-screen TV and Wi-Fi. There is a playground for children in the garden. As part of the rental, we provide our guests with a free parking space assigned to the apartment, and there is also a bicycle storage room in the building.

In the apartment, our guests will find a number of amenities:

high-quality, mild, natural cosmetics and cleaning products from the Polish brand YOPE;
a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, fridge, induction hob and kettle. In addition to the necessary accessories such as tableware, cutlery and cooking utensils, we provided guests with a high-quality Moccamaster drip coffee machine, coffee and tea;
in the living room there is a fold-out sofa, a table with chairs for four people and a coffee table;
in the bathroom there is a shower, a washing machine and a hair dryer;
the bedroom has a comfortable double bed, a spacious wardrobe and bedside tables, a work desk, and a set of fresh bed linen and towels for each bed;
additional equipment: iron, ironing board, clothes dryer, vacuum cleaner;

In the area

The Baltic Apartment is located in a very peaceful, quiet area in the former fishing village of Dźwirzyno, 10 km from the bustling Kołobrzeg. The building is located only 350 meters from the beach and the “Dźwirzyńsko-Grzybowski Dunes” nature reserve, which can be reached with a 5-minute walk through the beautiful surroundings of white and gray dune fields and a pine forest. In the immediate vicinity there is a charming fishing port with traditional fishing boats and a modern marina. Fans of water sports will certainly be pleased with the proximity of Lake Resko Przymorskie, where you can practice, among others: kitesurfing, windsurfing and kayaking.
